Arriving for his first ever headline show in the Capital, Paco Osuna will curate an all-night session for the exclusive launch of his brand new LP after a three year production hiatus. Taking over Brixton’s Electric on Saturday 8th November as part of his Long Play European tour, Paco has invited some of the undergrounds most significant players to form one of the biggest techno line-ups of the year…
With his standout performance at Loco Dice’s Used + Abused back in April marking his last UK appearance, the demand for Paul’s return is clearer than ever having just enjoyed one of his biggest summers to date. Through headline performances at Awakenings, Cocoon Ibiza, Riverwest Festival and Monegros Desert Festival in recent months to countless dates across Europe, there is no doubt that Paul Ritch is at the very top of his career. Backed up by an unrivalled selection of pioneering underground releases throughout 2014 including ‘Flash’, ‘Inside Me’ and ‘Brainwash’, Paul joins the line-up as one of the undergrounds most exciting and developing talents.
2014 has seen Matador’s profile grow immensely thanks to his exploration of twisted and organic techno sounds across the world’s greatest parties. Through rising synths, precision percussion and scintillating drum patterns, Matador has formed one of the summer’s hottest sounds. With his ENTER Ibiza residency at Space continuing to demonstrate this unique ability thanks to a season of main room, terrace and exclusive back-to-back sets, recent performances across Europe clearly indicate his dominant position within the current underground scene. Widely celebrated for his intricate production ability, the past twelve months has seen the release of ‘Divas’, ‘Schaffer’, ‘Computer Games’ and latest Minus EP, Zoles. With a live performance at one of London’s favourite venues drawing near, this is one you can’t afford to miss.
Signed to Cocoon and Dutch label GEM Records, Egbert is established as one of the fastest rising stars in electronic music. Energetically shifting between all forms of underground house and techno, the Dutch phenomenon builds a wall of sound that others can only admire. Loveland Weekender, Lakedance, Awakenings and Smeerboel Festival have recently welcomed his trademark talents in addition to high profile clubs spanning across Europe and Japan. The imminent drop of his debut album ‘Warm’ on GEM Records is described as one of the labels most anticipated to date which only adds to his current demand. Boasting one of the most up-front live performances in electronic music, Egberts only UK performance of the year is one that is not to be missed.
As the perfect balance between shiny minimalism and dark vivacious techno, Alexi Delano’s ability to combine particular roots and elements of contemporary music has seen him provide on Plus 8, Minus, Drumcode and H-Productions among others. With over fifteen 2014 releases to date, Alexi’s ability to consistently reinvent himself has been more evident than ever before. Through recently touring USA, Argentina, Paraguay, Dubai, Japan and Europe, Delano’s widespread musical knowledge compliments his sought-after performances, making him a great addition to Paco Osuna’s Long Play tour. Marking his first trip to the UK in nine months, the addition of Alexi adds a whole new dimension of sound to this heavyweight underground line-up.
