Glamorous Rocks Free All Day Terrace Party

On Saturday 19th September Glamorous Rocks host their final All day Terrace Party of the year with special guests Him_self_Her and Shane Watcha.
Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who attended our first two parties that were an amazing success, Clive Henry played an exclusive set in May and then in July we flew in house legend Victor Simonelli for an Independence Day special.
We now move to our final party of the summer and we have secured not only Him_self_Her but Zombie Sound Systems main man Shane Watcha to headline with support from Maze & Masters, Ellie Cocks, Tania Amazon plus many more.
Him_self_Her, a dance duo from Leicester in the UK consist of Claire and Leon who came together after honing individual skills for many years on their local scene. All that it took was one studio session to realise the potency of their union; and what a union it is.
Infusing all genres of underground house, from deep grooves, to driving tech – right through to disco enhanced techno, they love to play with bold house vocals, be it through well sourced samples or self penned hits.
Best known for their release ‘Gone Too Long’ on Cream Couture records in 2012, the track spent 11 weeks at no1 in the Beatport New Disco chart, and spent a mind blowing 7 months in the top 10.
Support came from the likes of Pete Tong, who billed it as his ‘Essential New Tune’ and Jamie Jones, who played it in his Hot Creations closing set at DC10. The track was soon picked up by Damian Lazarus, who has since signed the pair to Crosstown Rebels.
Flying back from Ibiza to play at this special event this duo are ones not to miss.
Not forgetting Shane Watcha who amongst the current trend of dj’s coming out of London, is a rare Breed.
He has crafted a sound that is uniquely his own and distinguishes him from the rest of the pack. It’s all delivered in a supremely tight mix that flows with emotion & a passion that runs deep.
Shane is the driving force behind the hugely successful Zombie Sound System and will be playing an exclusive set on the terrace as the sun goes down.
Support comes from Maze & Masters fresh from supporting Fatboy Slim at Pride 2015, rising young talent from London, Ellie Cocks who is making a name for herself playing at the biggest events in London with energetic style, as well as Tania Amazon, Kaos Kid, Summerdaze, Jai Baisden and Gavin Wilson.
