Friday
This night will be our neon night. Each stage will host its own neon display.

Saturday
The Mayan Theme night; the official theme of the event will transform Pontins Southport into a pre-classic period. All stops will truly be pulled out for this night.

Sunday
Our 3D Light Show night; make sure you bring your 3D glasses! Using state of the art technology, we will produce a night never seen before….“to infinity and beyond”!

The Lost City Weekender want to ensure a more accessible and enjoyable experience for disabled customers and those with specific requirements.

Once you have purchased a standard ticket for The Lost City Music Festival Weekender, you can then register* and book the following access facilities, upon the submission of evidence.

1) An accessible wristband.

2) A 2-for-1 ticket for a personal assistant (if you are unable to attend the festival without the aid of assistance).

1) ACCESSIBLE WRISTBAND

This grants access to all of the following accessible facilities on the site:

Viewing platform(s).

Viewing platform(s).

Use of the accessible drop-off/pick-up point (approximately 650m from the accessible check-in. The accessible check-in is then approximately 400m from the main stage).

Power chair charging point located at the reception.

Assistance dog area located at the Welfare tent.

Lowered bars, which will also have printed menus.

Induction loop at check-in.

Partnered local taxi service off site, for those requiring wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If you have registered for the Accessibility Wristband and we have confirmed your application, you will receive a wristband at the check-in point when you arrive. If your 2-for-1 request is also approved (which you will be notified of in advance), your PA will be given the same Accessibility Wristband at the collection point and will have the same access rights as you. These features will only be available by advance registration.

2) 2-FOR-1 TICKET FOR A CARER

We operate a ‘2-for-1’ scheme where you are able to bring a carer/personal assistant who gets free entry*. This is limited, and is a scheme for the exclusive use of people who would otherwise be unable to attend The Lost City Weekender without the aid of a carer on site. This 2-for-1 ticket must be confirmed by us in advance and is not an automatic privilege when registering as an accessible guest.

*Please note that a ticket will not be sent out to the PA prior to the event – They will be checked in with you when you arrive, based on the information you have provided us with. You will both receive an Accessibility Wristband, allowing them the same access rights as you.

APPLYING FOR BOOKABLE ACCESS PROVISIONS

If you wish to make use of any of the facilities listed above, please follow the steps below:

1. Purchase a standard ticket for The Lost City Music Festival Weekender.

2. Follow up with an email requesting an Access Requirement form by contacting us via email at admin@thelostcityweekender.co.uk

We will then send you a short form to fill in, requesting your booking reference confirmation email and official documentation which shows that you are eligible for the facilities on offer. Once your request has been confirmed by us, we will send you a detailed information pack in May and try our best to answer any questions you may have about accessibility at The Lost City Music Festival Weekender 2015.

Evidence accepted:

A photocopy/scan of one of the following official documents (dated within the past 12 months if DLA/PIP or Attendance Allowance) makes you automatically eligible for the Accessible Wristband or 2-for-1 Scheme. Please do not send the original copy.
